Our story
Chuck Fawcett Realty opened its doors in Fort Smith in 1993 — and hasn't left. In an industry increasingly dominated by national franchises and out-of-market platforms, CFR has remained exactly what it started as: a locally owned, independently operated brokerage with deep roots in western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma.
Over three decades, the business has grown from a single Fort Smith office to four locations serving the full River Valley — Fort Smith, Van Buren, Greenwood, and Chaffee Crossing. Our agents live in the neighborhoods they sell. They know the school districts, the commute times, which subdivisions have HOA quirks, and which streets flood. That's not something you can replicate from a call center.
